Returns Policy

At Fleurs de Crème, we are dedicated to artistry and quality. Our policies are designed to be fair and clear, reflecting the custom, perishable nature of our work.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. Once a product has been successfully delivered or collected, it cannot be returned.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 3 or more days before the scheduled date will receive a full business credit, valid for 180 days from the date of cancellation.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a credit, as preparation and supplies for your custom order will have already been committed.
Refunds
We issue refunds only in two specific situations:
- If we must cancel your order for reasons on our end.
- In the rare event our head artist determines a product does not meet our high standards for culinary quality.
Refunds are not provided for design variations, subjective taste preferences, or for products damaged after successful collection or delivery.
Order Issues
If you believe there is a mistake with your order or it was damaged during delivery by us, you must contact us with photos within 4 hours of receipt.
